Who can do what

Summary
Parent and child accounts are not the same. This avoids confusion about billing, settings, and what kids can see.
Parent account:
  • Creates and manages child profiles.
  • Sets time limits, notifications, and safety/learning options.
  • Views chat history where the product allows it.
  • Handles subscription or billing if your product charges parents.
Child account
  • Uses chat, optional voice, and games or extras you enable.
  • Cannot change core safety rules or billing.
    Why two roles matter:
Kids get a simpler surface; parents keep oversight without needing technical skill.
